Always supervise babies and small children while wearing, playing or using any of our products, some of our products contain small parts and could pose a choking hazard if they come apart. Ribbon, elastic and netting can be a strangulation hazard if misused. You should regularly inspect your items for wear and tear and do not leave babies or young children unattended as they can choke on small parts. Keep all our products away from fire.
Our products are designed and handmade by Couturo to order and we always do our best to dispatch your order within 2-3 weeks, however in some circumstances delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time. If you have an immediate deadline, please contact us before purchasing to check it can be made in time!
All our items are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. It is important to provide the correct measurements and sizes on custom designs to ensure proper fit. If you are unsure about your size before you purchase, please send waist or chest measurement and required length and we will make sure your order is correct before taking payment and creating your item. Tulle is a very delicate fabric and tutus made from tulle should be worn with care. Any damage, wear and tear cannot be a reason to claim refunds. The wrong colour cannot be reason for return, fabric colours may vary depending on screen resolutions. If you are looking for specific fabric/colour we advise to order a sample. Accessories, leotards cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
Tutus are made from tulle and should not be machine washed. To clean your tutu spray it with some water and run your fingers through the straps of tulle. Do not tumble dry or iron your tutu. All tutus must hang dry.
