Delivery
All UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail delivery service and require a signature on receipt. UK delivery flat rate is £5.49 and we offer free UK delivery on orders over £150. Our tutus and accessories are made to order, please allow around 2-3 weeks to make and delivery. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of dispatch, do not include weekends and holidays and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control. If you need your order ASAP or if you ask about availability for certain day please contact us and tell us exact model and colour and we will advise the same day.
European Customs and Import Duties
Customs and import duties may be due and are not covered by us. Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value. You may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please contact your customs department to learn more about your countries policies prior to placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.
If Customs Duty is Unpaid
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping cost and 30% of your order value fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order.
Returns
All our items are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are made to your measurements and hence cannot be re-sold to anyone else. All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. It is important to provide the correct measurements and sizes on custom designs to ensure proper fit. If you are unsure about your size when ordering tutu skirts, dresses, before you purchase please send your chest and waist measurement and required length and we will make sure your order is correct before taking payment and creating your item. Tulle is a very delicate fabric and items made from tulle should be worn with care. Any damage, wear and tear cannot be a reason to claim refunds. The wrong colour cannot be reason for return, fabric colours may vary depending on screen resolutions. If you are looking for specific fabric/colour we advise to order a sample.Accessories, leotards cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Payments
Couturo Fashion accepts payments by debit/credit cards and PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just proceed to the PayPal home page and follow the instructions to sign up. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. This means that your debit/credit card details are provided directly to Stripe or PayPal and are never revealed to us. Stripe and PayPal operate secure servers to process your payment details. Stripe and PayPal encrypt your credit/debit card information and authorise the payment. For your payment added security, Couturo does not retain your payment card details at any time. Of course, this does mean that you will have to enter the details every time you place your order, but also means no one else can use/misuse your details. Your card details are passed directly to Stripe or PayPal, whose payment systems comply with UK banking standards.
Other
Always supervise babies and small children while wearing, playing or using any of our products, some of our products contain small parts and could pose a choking hazard if they come apart. Ribbon, elastic and netting can be a strangulation hazard if misused. You should regularly inspect your items for wear and tear and do not leave babies or young children unattended as they can choke on small parts. Keep all our products away from fire.
